 | Investment Team Investment Committee Operations Team Supervisory Board | | | | With more than 20 years working experience in various industries—including shipping, trucking, property insurance, and paper products—Charles C.Y. Chen, the Chairman of Eyon Technology Holding Group, entered Venture Capital and technology fields in early 90’s. Prior to founding Eyon, Mr. Chen was the board director of several Taiwanese publicly listed companies including Shih Lin Paper Corp. (1985-1998), Wan Hai Lines (1991-1993), and Cosmos Bank (1991-1999). Since 1996, Mr. Chen has served as Vice Chairman of Fortune Consulting Group, which is the second largest venture capital group in Taiwan with US$256M under management. Furthermore, he acts as the Chairman in many technology companies, including E2O Communications (USA), United Test & Assembly Center Pte. Inc.(Singapore), GigaComm Corp.(Taiwan), and Dayshine Technology Inc.(Taiwan).Most recently, due to Mr. Chen’s impressive track record in hi-tech investment, Vista Incubation Technology Corp., which incubates leading edge start-ups, invited Mr. Chen to be its Chairman. Assigned by Taiwanese Government, Mr. Chen serves as the board director of China Airlines. Besides, he also holds the position of Vice Chairman in Taiwan Air Cargo Terminal Corp.
